Supply & Logistics

Biscid has a strong presence across the humanitarian sector supplying nutritional support to a variety of beneficiaries, including: young children; school programmes; pregnant and lactating mothers; the elderly; the HIV and TB affected as well as emergency nutrition to climate change and conflict areas.

About BISCID

David and Shelley Lasker are social entrepreneurs with over 30 years’ experience as successful innovators. Born in Zimbabwe, they now live in South Africa, where they continue to grow Biscid’s presence – a social enterprise focused on promoting health and wellbeing in impoverished communities.

Biscid sources a wide range of healthy foods to ensure maximum impact to affected populations. Our flagship product, e’Pap, ensures donors get the best possible nutrition to communities in need – in the most cost-effective way. e’Pap is a nutrient-dense instant maize and soya porridge fortified with 24 vitamins and minerals.
